No Grease, Inc. hired our firm as their broker to locate and secure a new building to expand the Barber School.  This building was actually the starting point for No Grease in Charlotte many years ago.  We were able help them purchase this building for future growth and expansion.  This was a very challenging transaction due to the structure of the deal.  We  are now looking forward to renovations and the grand opening!  Check out www.nogrease.com
