Palmetto Eye hired our firm as their broker to locate and secure land to develop a new office to accomodate an Eye Care Center.  This land was very challenging because we needed to have the property rezoned and deed restrictions removed to receive clear title.  It was awesome to help them secure this land for their future growth.  Our firm will be developing this property for a  +/- 10,000/SF building later this year with a scheduled open date later in 2020.  Please check out www.palmetto-eye.com
